Sauerkraut and carniolan sausage  (Slovenia)

Ingredients

  • 2 pairs Carnolian Sausage
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 4 whole black peppercorns
  • a pinch of ground red paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

1 Season the sauerkraut with paprika, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
2 Place the sauerkraut and sausages onto the perforated baking tray.
