Ingredients

  • 4 steaks
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of capers or green peppercorns
  • salt

Preparation

1 Season the steaks and spread mustard over them.
2 Place them on a non-perforated baking sheet. Add a tablespoon of capers or green peppercorns.
