Chicken with stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 2 sprigs green parsley
  • 3 slices cooked ham
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

1 Clean the poultry, wash, remove the giblets, and pat dry with a paper towel.
2 Cube the bread rolls and sprinkle them with parsley. Add the ham, peppers, and sautéed onion. Pour beaten eggs mixed with milk over the bread. Form the stuffing.
3 Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Stuff the chicken.
