Yorkshire pudding (United Kingdom)
- 190 g flour
- 5 g salt
- 3 eggs
- 180 ml water
- 180 ml milk (room temperature)
- 120 ml beef roast juice or melted pork lard
Combine flour and salt. Add milk and whisk into a firm batter. Whisk in the eggs, add water, and beat until foamy. Let the mixture rest for one hour.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and pour in the beef roast juices or melted fat.
When the juices or fat are warm enough, cover them with the batter.
