- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- pinch of nutmeg
Bring the milk to the boil.
Thoroughly whisk the eggs with sugar. Add vanilla sugar and whisk. Add the nutmeg.
Slowly add the nearly boiling milk and stir.
Pour the cream into a larger glass bowl.
Tip: Milk can be substituted with heavy cream. For an even more intense flavour, add a vanilla pod and grated lemon zest.
