Strawberry and goji berry smoothie
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups almond milk or low-fat milk
Optional:
In a small bowl mix the goji berries with 1 tablespoon of water. Allow to set for 15 minutes, until the the berries soften.
In a blender, add goji berries, strawberries, honey, almond milk and ice, and blend until smooth.
Decorate it with mint leaves and enjoy!
