Ingredients

  • fish fillet
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a pinch of rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

1 Clean the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
2 Rub the fillets with seasoning and place in a small glass baking dish greased with olive oil.
3 Drizzle some lemon juice on the fillets when done.

This is an automatic programme. When you set quantity, the oven automatically sets other parametres: heater, temperature, cooking time.
