Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

1 Wash the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.
2 Rub the meat with salt, pepper, and oil.
3 Place the chicken onto the wire rack.
4 Insert a baking sheet one level lower as a drip tray.
